Job summary

GREENMARK CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee contractors on construction sites in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering work safely, on time, and to high quality, with responsibility for basic maintenance and progress reporting.

The candidate should have a Higher NITEC or Engineering diploma, be willing to travel between sites, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills for outdoor, variable-site conditions.

Qualifications

• Possess a Higher NITEC or Diploma in an engineering field.
• Own transport and willing to travel between multiple sites.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferred; fresh graduates with interest are welcome.
• Good communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work outdoors and in varying site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractors and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
• Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
• Prepare and submit work reports, checklists, and progress updates.
• Monitor workplace safety and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist management with ad-hoc site-related tasks.
