Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a facilities maintenance coordinator to plan, monitor, and update infrastructure maintenance programmes and project schedules.

You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure quality standards and procedures are met, review documentation, and manage budgets for maintenance works. You will coordinate contractors, undertake risk assessments under WSH/QEMS, track assets, investigate faults, and drive continuous improvement through smart

Qualifications

• Specialist Certificate in Building Condition Assessment is required.
• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Building field (Building, FM) is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, monitor and update infrastructure maintenance programmes and project schedules.
• Review and/or undertake preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
• Lead technical investigation in response to fault calls.
• Review documentation on procedures and schedules of maintenance works.
• Track consumable and non-consumable items.
• Review risk assessments in accordance with WSH and QEMS standards.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to improve time, cost, and quality.
• Support the use of the latest smart facilities management trends or technologies.
• Coordinate and manage contractors on maintenance/project works.
• Prepare annual budget and expenditure for maintenance/project works.
• Draft contract specifications for quotation/tender for maintenance/project works.
• Liaise with government agencies on civil and marine related issues.
