Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a Technical Manager to lead a team of Technical Officers responsible for security equipment installation, testing, commissioning and system programming to meet required standards.

Working in Singapore, this role coordinates projects from planning to handover, typically Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm. You will oversee service and maintenance workflows, manage client relationships, prepare service scopes and plans, allocate resources, track milestones,

• 6+ years related experience
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience in Security and CCTV is an advantage

• Working Days & Hours:Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm.
• Location: Tiong Bahru, Commonwealth, Redhill Office at Outram Road
• Salary Range:basic up to $7000; transport 750 (car) or 400 (motorbike) or by reimbursement basis; HP by reimbursement basis

Job Summary

• The Technical Manager will be responsible for managing a group of Technical Officer for security equipment installation, testing, commissioning and system programming in accordance to required standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the whole process of service cum maintenance workflow.
• Front line contact with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Lead a team of service team members.
• Prepare service scope and develop service plans, define resource loading, skill requirements, tracking milestones and metrics.
• Determine new, creative ways to employ teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Continually seek and capitalize upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Possess a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Be responsible for operationally managing multiple aspects of the team.
• Must be a team player.
• Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery and completion of maintenance commitments to clients.
• Perform a wide variety of technical and non-technical tasks.
• Enhance current documentation of all infrastructure components and operation processes.
• Track and identify the new opportunities to improve our methodology and training offerings.
• Build technical relationship with prospects or existing/new customers.
• Sets targets, implements guidelines, and assists with any issues the team member may have.
• Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions and strategies.
• Handle customer complains.
• Participate in all programs and enforces all policies relating to performance evaluations and career development planning.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 years related experience
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering/Computer Science or its equivalents
• Experience in the Security and CCTV industry and exposure to products and operations will be an added advantage
