Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a Technical Manager to lead a team of Technical Officers responsible for security equipment installation, testing, commissioning and system programming to meet required standards.

Working in Singapore, this role coordinates projects from planning to handover, typically Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm. You will oversee service and maintenance workflows, manage client relationships, prepare service scopes and plans, allocate resources, track milestones,

Qualifications

• 6+ years related experience
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience in Security and CCTV is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Oversee service and maintenance workflow.
• Front line contact with client representatives on service/maintenance issues.
• Lead a team of service members.
• Prepare service scopes and plans, define resources and milestones.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations.
• Ensure timely delivery of maintenance commitments to clients.
• Build technical relationships with prospects or customers.
• Enforce performance evaluations and career development planning.
