Job summary

NEWTECH TECHNOLOGY (SOUTH ASIA) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced professional to support BSD in engineering design and solutions for Data Centre infrastructure setup. The role involves attending to customer requests and managing tender documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills to manage multiple projects effectively. Additional duties include preparation of budget requirements and adhering to ISO procedures.

Qualifications

• 4 - 5 years relevant experience with industry knowledge is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist BSD in attending to requests from customers in bidding & tender potential project matters.
• Handle tender’s technical documents and specification requirements.
• Attending tender site survey, obtain and verify quotations from vendors for BSD and assist in negotiating contracts.
• Preparation of budget requirements for ad-hoc.
• Support Project Team on technical and conceptual design matters.
• Support Project Team on the clarification of scope, if required.
• Adhere to ISO procedures and standards.
• Handle ad hoc assignments or tasks as required.

Requirements

• 4 - 5 years relevant experience with industry knowledge is an advantage (Digital signage)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written and presentation
• Results driven.
• Ability to manage a group of people and set business strategy and execute.
• Ability to set goals and deadlines and to manage to schedule and deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
• Experience with MS Office tools required, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Some travel may be required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
