Job Purpose / Summary

Successful candidate in this role will be responsible for developing technical solutions for data centre projects, from inception to completion stage. The incumbent will be working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within budget and time requirements, and will be expected to travel for work if assigned to overseas projects.

Job Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute technical qualification, planning and development of technical solutions for pre‑deals, as the Technical Solutions Manager and/or Head of Department may direct
• Manage and generate technical solutions, project cost and planning structure for prospective deal engagements and investment approvals
• Obtain proposals and carry out assessment, selection, appointment, and management of consultants for the development of design and cost estimation
• Support project team during the whole course of project execution, such as executing projects’ quotation and tendering process for various packages (main contractors, sub‑contractors, vendors, suppliers etc.), in accordance with the approved procurement process
• Organize and conduct meetings with stakeholders (clients, asset owners, consultants, contractors, vendors, suppliers etc.) to address all technical related matters during the whole course of project execution and client’s engagement
• Perform tracking on the progress of solutions development and project cost, against the approved schedule during pre‑project investment approval stage, for timely handover to client, asset owners and operations team respectively
• Perform assessment on technical solutions, such as potential risks and mitigation measures, compliance to the requirements and standards etc.

Skills & Qualifications
