Job summary

Tardis Group in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to own architecture, engineering and delivery of a core trading platform. You will lead a team of elite software engineers, DevOps engineers and architects while remaining deeply technical.

You will tackle latency, performance and scalability challenges, work with traders and quants to translate strategies into technology, and drive CI/CD, monitoring and operational excellence in an AI-native environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building low-latency HFT systems.
• Strong programming in C++ or Rust.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams.

• Designing and building a greenfield, high-performance trading platform.
• Owning architecture across market data, execution, risk and infrastructure.
• Tackling latency, performance and scalability challenges.
