Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Production Engineering roles.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and network troubleshooting.
• Ability to assist with incident management: triage, root cause analysis, and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain CI/CD pipeline infrastructure.
• Assist in implementing automation using Python and Bash.
• Help manage and troubleshoot Linux-based production and development environments.
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code for environment configuration.
• Support process improvements in release management.
