• Experience reviewing technical assessments and translating results into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct first-round and in-depth technical interviews for engineering candidates.
• Review assessment results and evaluate performance against role requirements.
• Probe candidates on technical foundations, problem-solving, system design, and practical experience.
• Identify strengths, gaps, and risks during the interview process.
• Prepare structured interview reports and hiring recommendations for stakeholders.
• Participate in virtual and face-to-face interviews with hiring managers.
• Represent the company professionally in candidate interactions.
• Provide input on candidate suitability, team fit, and hiring decisions.
• Support ramp-up across multiple technology positions.
