Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator in Singapore to manage customer inquiries via WhatsApp, telephone and email, and to coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and prepare quotes.

You will prepare quotations, monitor purchase orders and delivery schedules, track service and spare parts activities, and provide ad-hoc administrative support to ensure timely service delivery and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Interest in a long-term career in technical or engineering sales.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in preparing quotations and coordinating service schedules is a plus.
• Organised and able to manage multiple quotations and orders simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination with customers and internal teams.

• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to Senior Sales Coordinator.

Job Description

• Manage customer enquiries via WhatsApp, telephone and email, and coordinate with relevant internal teams to understand and clarify customer requirements.

• Prepare and issue accurate service, technical and spare parts quotations, including pricing, lead times and other relevant details.

• Monitor and follow up on Purchase Orders, outstanding quotations and order fulfilment activities to ensure timely completion.

• Coordinate closely with the Sales Engineering, Field Service and Internal Sales Coordination Teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

• Monitor spare parts availability and delivery schedules to support customer requirements, including urgent machine recovery needs.

• Follow up on service reports, delivery order acknowledgements and other relevant sales and service documentation.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, delivery schedules and follow-up activities.

• Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support to the Senior Sales Coordinator as required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience

• Strong interest in building a long-term career in technical sales, engineering sales or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

• Prior experience in preparing quotations, coordinating service schedules and managing customer enquiries will be an advantage.

• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple quotations, orders and follow-up activities concurrently.

• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.

• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn, with a genuine interest in developing technical product knowledge and sales expertise.
