Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer in Singapore to identify client needs and propose standard and tailored equipment and services. You will collaborate with sales, service, product management and technical teams to ensure proposals meet technical and commercial requirements, while maintaining robust customer relationships.

The role involves handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on opportunities in Salesforce, with a focus on accuracy and timely order

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or relevant engineering; strong project management and leadership skills.
• Experience using SAP, Salesforce and MS Office.
• Able to work independently and drive customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and propose standard and tailored solutions and services.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, product management, and technical teams to address requirements.
• Manage quotations, follow up on opportunities, and maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline.
• Coordinate with demand planners and order fulfilment to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain technical knowledge and share market insights with regional teams.
