Databricks is seeking a Recruiter to drive hiring for technical GTM roles across Singapore (Asean/Greater China Region), including Solutions Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers. You will partner with Field Engineering leadership to build teams that don’t yet exist and own full-cycle recruiting from outreach to close.

You will engage passive talent, create strategic sourcing plans, and use data to shape hiring strategies and benchmarks.

Formación

• Experience recruiting within software/data/AI industries, especially GTM, pre-sales, Solutions Architecture, or Field Engineering profiles.
• Ability to scale teams quickly at a high-growth company without lowering standards.
• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguity and fast pace.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical GTM roles across Singapore (Asean/Greater China Region) — Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Field Engineering leadership — from first outreach to close.
• Partner with Field Engineering and Sales leaders as a strategic advisor on sourcing strategy, market mapping, and talent insights.
• Activate and engage passive technical talent, building pipelines to meet aggressive hiring goals and APJ expansion.
• Create closing strategies and manage stakeholder expectations with data; use metrics to improve hiring processes.
