Databricks is seeking a recruiter to drive hiring for technical GTM roles in Singapore and the broader ASEAN/Greater China region. You will own full-cycle recruitment for Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Field Engineering leadership, partnering with Field Engineering and Sales leaders to shape sourcing strategies and talent insights.

You will engage passive, hard-to-reach technical talent, build pipelines, and craft closing strategies that win against competitive offers.

Formación

• Proven experience recruiting within the software / Data / AI industry for technical GTM, pre-sales, Solutions Architecture, or Field Engineering profiles.
