Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a principal recruiter based in Singapore to partner with our APJ leadership and build critical hiring across the region. You will own end-to-end searches from ICs to executives, primarily in Go-to-Market, while collaborating with our global Talent Acquisition team.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging market intelligence and data to influence senior leaders, and you will be the inaugural recruiter on the ground in Singapore, shaping our

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on recruiting experience within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
• Experience owning full-cycle hiring across multiple levels, from ICs to executives.
• Experience partnering directly with senior executives, including regional GMs and VPs.
• Ability to be present in the SG office 2-3 days per week to collaborate with leadership and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with APJ leadership to translate business priorities into hiring plans.
• Own critical hiring across APJ, primarily Go-to-Market, and flex into other functions as needed.
• Lead complex senior and executive searches with market mapping and candidate engagement.
• Build deep talent intelligence and networks across Singapore and APJ.
• Provide insight and data to influence leadership decisions on talent strategy.
• Drive improvements to hiring processes to increase speed and quality.
