Key Responsibilities

Participate in the entire game development lifecycle, focusing on reviewing design work and coming up with documentation and development plans.
Understand development difficulties across departments, and find solutions to improve development timeline.
To work closely with product owners, key users, artists and the quality assurance team to ensure deliverables are as per expectation.
Translate business/game requirements into technical specifications.
Establish effective strategies and development pipeline.
Ensure smooth communication of features between all departments.
Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and games.
Create technical game design document.
Verify implementations according to specifications.

Requirements

Minimally 1 year of game development experience.
Constantly learn and stay updated to the evolving game standards.
Driven and self-motivated, proactive, and work well as a team player.

Diploma or Degree in Software/Computer Science/Computing/Computer Engineering/IT discipline or equivalent.

Bonus

Experience in building games in Cocos Creator or UNITY.
Experience in integrating with API gateways.
Domain knowledge of the game industry from game development to actual game operation.
Passion in building games.
