Job summary

ROYAL OCEAN MARINE ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Technical Purchaser cum Project Administrator for a shipowner/ship manager.

The role involves handling requisitions, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating logistics for technical and provisioning needs on vessels. You will support the Superintendent, arrange vessel service renewals, and assist with surveys and drydock coordination. Diploma holders with 1–2 years in shipping, or candidates with strong technical shipping skills,

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of technical, purchasing and logistics processes.
• Min Diploma and 1-2 years of technical experience in a shipping company.
• Those without purchasing experience but with good technical skills in shipping can be considered.

• Arrange annual services for vessels as the due dates approach (LSA / FFA / Radio Equipment Services)
• Assist Superintendent including drydock coordination when required
• Arrange renewal of vessels’ certificates and liaise with all parties for surveys
