Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Facilities Management professional to assist the Building Manager in daily operations and to lead on-site maintenance at a designated client site. You will supervise a team of on-site contractors, plan work, troubleshoot failures and ensure preventive maintenance strategies are applied.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, or related discipline.
• 3 years of relevant FM experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Building Manager in daily operations.
• Lead a team in the provision and implementation of maintenance services at a designated client's site.
• Troubleshoot building services failures.
• Supervise, plan and organise a team of on-site contractors for maintenance work.
• Ensure preventive maintenance strategies and routine checks are applied.
• Source, negotiate and follow up with contractors on repairs to meet specifications.
• Prepare monthly and incident reports for the site.

About the role

• Ensure efficient and effective maintenance of Client's facilities through routine check and
  preventive maintenance strategies
• Source, negotiate and follow up with contractors on repair and replacement work to ensure work done according to specifications
• Preparations of monthly and incident report pertaining to the site

About you.

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, or related disciplines.
• 3 years of relevant experience in FM
