Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering is required.
• Technical knowledge in welding and bracket production, compressor maintenance, and PCB repair.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines by setting and monitoring KPIs/OKRs to achieve targeted outcomes

• Align team goals with organizational objectives by managing resources and driving continuous process improvements for operational efficiency
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and support project success
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather actionable feedback to enhance service delivery
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress to inform stakeholders and support decision-making
