• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) required.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant technical experience with at least 15 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge related to HVAC/ACMV industries.
• Experience in project management, team leadership, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant technical software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Technical Department, ensuring efficient planning and execution of air conditioning servicing, maintenance, repair, and installation works.
• Oversee preventive maintenance contracts and ensure all scheduled servicing is completed in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
• Plan, organize, and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources to ensure the timely completion of maintenance contracts and projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians by providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance management.
• Provide expert technical support for complex HVAC and ACMV systems, including diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and ensuring effective resolution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and technical audits to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Support business development activities by providing technical expertise during site assessments, tender submissions, and client presentations.
• Monitor departmental performance through KPIs and prepare regular management reports on operational performance, service quality, and project status.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Directors or Senior Management in support of the Company's business objectives.
