Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation, or related).
  • PMP or project management certification is an advantage.
  • Professional engineering certification is a plus.
  • Discipline-specific technical certifications are preferred.
  • 7–12 years of engineering experience in EPC or industrial projects.
  • 2–5 years in a senior or supervisory engineering role.
  • Strong experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or infrastructure projects.
  • Exposure to multi-disciplinary engineering coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams (E&I, Mechanical, Civil, Process).
  • Coordinate daily engineering activities across disciplines.
  • Support implementation of engineering execution plans and strategies.
  • Ensure engineering work aligns with project objectives and client requirements.
  • Review engineering deliverables including drawings, calculations, and specifications.
  • Support integration between disciplines to ensure design consistency.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and design conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Monitor engineering progress and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
  • Coordinate engineering input for procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Support engineering planning and workload distribution.
  • Assist in managing engineering interfaces with project teams.
  • Support review and verification of engineering designs and documentation.
  • Ensure engineering outputs meet required quality standards.
  • Participate in technical reviews and design verification activities.
  • Assist in identifying and correcting engineering errors or deviations.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors on technical matters.
  • Participate in project coordination meetings and design discussions.
  • Support communication of engineering requirements and changes.
  • Assist in resolving technical queries from site and construction teams.
  • Provide engineering input for procurement specifications and technical evaluations.
  • Support vendor document review and technical clarifications.
  • Assist construction teams with engineering support and site issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Engineering Support and Leadership
  • Assist the Engineering Manager in leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

  • Assist in supervising and guiding engineers and junior staff.
  • Support training and development of engineering personnel.

Requirement
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation, or related discipline).
  • PMP or project management certifications are an advantage.
