Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable project lead to coordinate technical support activities across internal teams and partners, align objectives, and drive successful production line setups.

The role emphasizes supplier relationships, engineering change management, qualification planning, and continuous improvement of testing processes to boost efficiency and manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment architecture, system integration, manufacturing operations, and testing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and test engineering including equipment design, PCBA schematics, cables and pneumatic drawings, test plans and specs.
• Strong project management and troubleshooting skills with stakeholder coordination, engineering changes, tester setup, and debugging subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align technical support activities and achieve project objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CM partners and act as technical contact during production line setup.
• Support production line setup, troubleshoot issues, and manage the Engineering Change Management process.
• Establish and execute CM qualification plans, including test methodologies, transfers, training, FAI, PPAP, and compliance.
• Drive improvements to testing processes, tools, and frameworks to boost test coverage, efficiency, and manufacturing performance.

Responsibilities

• Project Management:Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align technical support activities and ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Supplier Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with CM partners and serve as the key technical contact during production line setup and implementation.
• Engineering & Operational Support:Support production line setup, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage the Engineering Change Management process.
• Qualification & Process Transfer:Work with CM Managers and QA teams to establish and execute CM qualification plans, covering test methodologies, process transfers, training, copy-exact transfers, FAI, PPAP, and compliance with company standards.
• Continuous Improvement:Drive improvements to testing processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance test coverage, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience inequipment architecture, system integration, manufacturing operations, and testing, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge ofelectrical and test engineering, including equipment design, process/test engineering, PCBA schematics, cable and pneumatic drawings, test plans, and technical specifications.
• Strongproject management and troubleshooting skills, with experience coordinating stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, managing engineering changes, tester setup, and debugging equipment subsystems.
