Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking an Engineering Assistant for Manufacturing Test to support production teams and maintain test equipment. You will perform maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime, while overseeing spare parts and supporting new equipment startups.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and adapting to rotating shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in mechanical, electrical/electronic, production or manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing test environment is preferred.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support production operators, supervisors and cross-functional teams.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and control equipment spare parts inventory.
• Provide engineering support for manufacturing equipment and test processes.

Engineering Assistant, Manufacturing Test

Job Responsibilities

• Support production operators, supervisors, and cross-functional teams
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment to minimize downtime
• Maintain and control equipment spare parts inventory
• Provide engineering support for manufacturing equipment and test processes
• Support rotating shifts and overtime when required

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• Preferably 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years in Manufacturing Test environment
• Experience in equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and process support
• Knowledge of manufacturing test equipment and automation systems preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
