Job summary

Ekosys Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based construction company, seeks a Technical Director to lead our Japan market entry and build the technical operations from the ground up. You will shape technical strategy, oversee engineering solutions, and manage cross-border collaboration with the Singapore head office and Japanese partners.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-cultural communication, and proven experience in construction leadership and business development in Japan.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven senior leadership in construction projects.
• Experience establishing and growing operations in Japan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment of technical and construction operations in Japan.
• Develop technical strategies, plans, and procedures for market entry and growth.
• Identify opportunities and build relationships with clients, contractors, and authorities in Japan.
• Provide technical leadership on projects, engineering solutions, and project management.
• Ensure compliance with Japanese regulations, standards, safety, and licensing.
