Job summary

Encasa Asia Employment Services LLP is seeking a Qualified Person to lead a team of engineers ensuring safe structural design and top-tier service delivery. You will be responsible for PE endorsement for assigned projects and for the profitability and cost efficiency of your team.

You will manage project coordination, lead meetings, supervise construction works, and ensure on-time delivery. Hands-on with detailed analysis and coordination with clients, consultants and contractors is essential.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with engineering software (e.g. Tedds, StaadPro, Prota, Etab) and submission procedures to regulatory authorities
• Strong report writing skills to prepare and furnish reports
• Registered with Singapore PE Board as Professional Engineer
• Willing to sign as signing QP

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and attend meetings
• Supervise and inspect construction works
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors for projects
• Provide guidance and manage engineers in the team to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of service

About the Role:

Reports directly to the Managing Director. You are to serve as Qualified Person and manage a team of engineers to ensure safe structural design and excellent delivery of service to clients.

• Serve as Qualified Person (QP) and responsible for PE endorsement for projects assigned
• Responsible for the profitability and cost efficiency of your team
• Project coordination/management
• Lead projects and attend meetings
• Supervise and inspect construction works.
• Managing and supervising technical/site staff and administrative functions of the projects.
• Provide guidance and manage engineers in the team to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of service.
• Check critical design calculations and specifications of the project prior to approving all C&S related documents and drawings produced in the projects prior to submission to regulatory authorities.
• Able to be hands‑on to carry out detailed analysis and design of civil, structural, and geotechnical works
• Able to coordinate with various stakeholders such as clients, consultants, and contractors for projects

Knowledge & Skills:
