Job summary

You will provide technical leadership across product development, solution delivery, and digital transformation initiatives while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality outcomes that align with business objectives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in security systems, automation, or large-scale systems integration.
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical roadmap, solution architecture, and engineering standards.
• Provide technical leadership for complex security, automation, and systems integration projects.
• Lead technical reviews, resolve critical technical issues, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive engineering governance, cybersecurity compliance, system reliability, and quality assurance.
• Partner with Sales and customers to develop technical solutions, support tenders, and present solution proposals.
• Oversee IT/OT integration, cloud technologies, and infrastructure security best practices.
• Mentor and develop architects, technical leads, and engineering teams while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to evaluate emerging technologies and standardise solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Systems Engineering, or related discipline). A Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in security systems, automation, or large-scale systems integration.
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of physical security systems, IT/OT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with experience engaging customers and senior leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
