Qualifications

• Strong track record in leading multi-disciplinary programs and projects.
• Experience building and governing engineering standards and reference architectures.
• Proven ability to engage customers, consultants, and executives on technical matters.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture and define roadmaps, standards, and reference architectures.
• Establish engineering governance, best practices, and compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership for large, complex projects and manage high-risk issues and escalations.
• Act as technical authority in pre-sales and tender activities and lead solution design for strategic opportunities.
• Oversee IT/OT integration, system hardening, and network segmentation for security-by-design.
• Lead and mentor architects, technical leads, and engineers; drive capability building.
• Define engagement models with OEMs and partners; drive standardisation to reduce cost and complexity.
