Job summary

AMXON CONSTRUCTORS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced design leader to guide the architectural team on complex projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure on-time delivery of shop drawings and fabrication lists.

You will review and approve drawings, oversee as-built updates, and mentor junior BIM/CAD staff while maintaining strict adherence to project specifications and standards.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in architectural works, façade, aluminium, steel, glass, ceiling, cladding, or interior fit-out.
  • Strong knowledge of construction detailing and fabrication drawings.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).
  • Experience with Revit/BIM will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of shop drawings, fabrication drawings, cutting lists, and as-built documentation.
  • Able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently under tight project schedules.
  • Experience in Singapore MRT projects will be highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions where required.
  • Liaise with the production team to ensure designs are practical and buildable.
  • Support the procurement and project teams with technical information and material specifications.
  • Manage drawing & materials submissions, revisions, and approval processes.
  • Mentor and develop junior designers and BIM/CAD personnel.
