Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking a Technical Operations Lead to oversee client data operations, data transformation, quality, and service delivery. This role partners with clients, internal teams, and technology partners to ensure accurate, timely data processing and reliable system performance.

The successful candidate combines strong operational leadership, technical expertise, and analytics to drive excellence, improve quality, and deliver scalable solutions in a data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT/Data Analytics/SE or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in client data operations, technical service delivery, or data management in a high-demand environment.
• 5+ years with SQL Server, ETL design, and comprehensive reporting.
• 3+ years leading technical or operational teams; proven project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead client data operations including ingestion, transformations, validation, and reconciliation.
• Ensure data processing and delivery meet strict SLAs and quality standards.
• Monitor workflows with analytical tools; identify risks and mitigate bottlenecks.
• Oversee incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Document data workflows, rules, configurations, and protocols.
• Collaborate on onboarding with data format standardisation across XML, CSV, Excel, and API integrations.
