Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to steer design, development, and support of enterprise apps handling high-volume data. You will mentor teams, drive architecture decisions, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

Java (JDK 17+) exposure is advantageous. The role emphasizes leadership, strong C#/.NET skills, and experience with WinForms/WPF/ASP.NET, SQL Server, and CI/CD in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development with a technical lead or senior developer role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide software engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#/.NET technologies.
• Drive architectural decisions, coding standards, and secure development practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to improve quality.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, QA, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Design scalable applications capable of processing high-volume transactional data.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and risk assessments.
• Support deployments, release management, and post-release activities.
• Provide L3 production support, troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Drive continuous improvements in system stability, performance, and operational excellence.
