Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert in Java, Spring Boot, and relational DBs.
• Proven leadership and mentoring of engineers.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance applications using Java and cloud-native technologies.
• Drive technical decision-making and provide guidance on system design, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee code reviews, ensuring adherence to quality, security, and performance standards.
• Champion DevOps and CI/CD practices, automating build, test, and deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root cause analysis efforts.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, driving innovation within the team.
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
