Job summary

ELION SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Dynatrace Implementation Consultant to deploy, configure, and optimize observability within a banking environment.

You will work with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to enhance performance monitoring and resilience across critical banking systems. The role requires 8+ years in APM/observability and 5+ years hands-on Dynatrace experience, with strong knowledge of OneAgent, ActiveGate, and integration capabilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer Dynatrace environments
• Deploy DynatraceOneAgent and ActiveGate across on-premises, virtual, and cloud platforms
• Configure monitoring for apps, APIs, databases, middleware, and infrastructure
• Develop dashboards, alerts, reports, management zones, SLOs, and service monitoring
• Implement RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, DEM, Smartscape, Service Flow, and Davis AI capabilities
• Monitor critical banking apps and establish end-to-end transaction tracing
• Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow, Splunk, and Active Directory
• Conduct performance analysis, root cause investigations, and optimization recommendations
• Ensure compliance with banking security, audit, and regulatory requirements
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover support

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge ofDynatraceOneAgent, ActiveGate, Davis AI, Smartscape, RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, Service Flow, and API integrations.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, VMware, IIS, Apache, Nginx, Java/.NET applications, and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience integratingDynatracewith ITSM and monitoring platforms.
• Banking & Cloud Experience
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Understanding of banking applications, operational resilience, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience monitoring Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and microservices architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• DynatraceAssociate/Professional certification preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
