Job summary

APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks a senior Dynatrace expert to implement and manage monitoring across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments.

You will configure dashboards, alerts, SLOs, and end‑to‑end tracing, supporting critical applications with expert root‑cause analysis and strong collaboration with ITSM tools. The role requires 8+ years in observability, 5+ years with Dynatrace, and hands-on experience with OneAgent, ActiveGate, and multiple cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in APM, observability, or monitoring solutions.
• 5+ years hands-on with Dynatrace implementation and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Dynatrace OneAgent, ActiveGate, Davis AI, Smartscape, RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, and API integrations.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, VMware, IIS, Apache, and Nginx.
• Experience monitoring Java/.NET apps and Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience integrating Dynatrace with ITSM and monitoring platforms.

Responsibilities

Additional Requirements

• Understanding of application monitoring, production support, incident management, and operational resilience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Dynatrace certification is preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
