ABAXX SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven technology professional to join our Technology team in Singapore.

You will deliver business-critical initiatives through hands-on execution, vendor engagement, and stakeholder management, gaining exposure to HFT systems, operations, and compliance in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in application support, technology operations, or software development within financial services or capital markets.
• Experience in futures trading ecosystem including Futures Commission Merchants (FCMs), brokerages, exchanges, clearing firms, or related capital markets organizations is a strong advantage.
• Experience supporting electronic trading, order management, market connectivity, or post-trade systems is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the FIX Protocol, exchange connectivity, order routing workflows, and clearing processes.
• Experience with scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, Shell Script, or similar technologies to streamline operational processes and testing activities.
• Working knowledge of ITIL-based service management practices and operational controls.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and collaboration tools, including Agile, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and related platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities, with proven experience supporting institutional clients, technology partners, and vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a proactive, service-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities
