• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications, analytics or data platform projects in Agile environments.
• Strong requirements gathering, business process mapping and data analysis skills, including SQL.
• Familiarity with BPMN, Jira, Confluence or equivalent tools.
• Experience supporting UAT and defect management.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, engineers and data specialists throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and map current- and future-state business processes.
• Perform data analysis and write SQL queries where required.
• Support Agile Scrum delivery, backlog prioritisation and sprint activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications, analytics or data platform projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong requirements gathering, business process mapping and data analysis skills, including SQL.
• Familiarity with BPMN, Jira, Confluence or equivalent tools.
• Experience supporting UAT and defect management.
• Good communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs and enterprise data flows.
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: Consulting experience or experience delivering projects for public-sector clients.
