Our client in Singapore is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements and lead cross-functional delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders, IT teams and vendors to ensure accurate interpretation and successful implementation of solutions across enterprise data platforms and services.

The role involves coordinating SIT/UAT, test scenario development, and supporting production operations including audits and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, integrations and data replication.

Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:

Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Engage stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational requirements and customer needs, and translate them into clear business, functional and technical requirements
• Perform impact assessments, analyse business processes, document user stories and acceptance criteria, and review solution designs to ensure proposed solutions meet business, operational and technical objectives
• Work closely with technical teams and vendors to ensure requirements are accurately interpreted and effectively implemented
• Support enterprise data replication and data exchange services that facilitate the movement of data across multiple source and consuming systems
• Contribute to the enhancement and modernisation of enterprise platforms and digital services by identifying opportunities to improve system capabilities, scalability, resilience
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, integration testing and production verification activities; Develop test scenarios, validate business requirements and ensure solutions are thoroughly assessed before implementation
• Support production operations across enterprise applications, integration services and data platforms; Support audits, security reviews, vulnerability remediation activities and compliance assessments

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related with 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Application Support, Integration Services or Enterprise Data Platforms
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement and solution analysis; Good understanding of Oracle databases, data structures, SQL queries and database concepts.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, system integrations, data exchange platforms or customer-facing digital services
• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, deployment activities and production support
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, API authentication methods and enterprise integration patterns
• Familiarity with Oracle GoldenGate (OGG), data replication technologies or change data capture solutions.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Git or similar collaboration and delivery tools; Familiarity with Agile, DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with AWS, GCC, monitoring platforms or integration middleware will be advantageous
