Job summary

NSEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Technical Business Analyst (Application Support & System Enhancements) to manage Day 2 operations, production support, incident resolution and system stability.

You will gather and document business and functional requirements for system enhancements, work with business users, developers, infrastructure teams and vendors to implement improvements, coordinate UAT, and assist project managers in tracking deliverables, timelines, risks and issues.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience as an IT/Technical Business Analyst with application maintenance and production support.
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, business process analysis and documentation.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/DevOps, and UAT.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with coordination of resolution.
• Experience in Government IT projects; Agile certification or complex troubleshooting advantageous.

• Manage Day 2 application operations, production support, incident resolution and system stability.
• Investigate recurring application, infrastructure and security issues, performing root-cause analysis and coordinating resolutions.
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements for system enhancements and service requests.
• Work closely with business users, developers, infrastructure teams and vendors to assess and implement system improvements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution and system implementation activities.
• Support project managers in tracking enhancement deliverables, timelines, risks and issues.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• Experience as an IT/Technical Business Analyst, preferably involving application maintenance, production support and system enhancements.
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, business process analysis and documentation.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/DevOps methodologies and UAT.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate resolution of application, infrastructure and integration issues.
• Experience working on web-based applications or mobile IT projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
• Experience in Government IT projects, Agile certification or complex application/infrastructure troubleshooting will be advantageous.
