Job description

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst and/or Functional Tester.
• Mandatory experience in the banking domain.
• Experience working in a Java-based environment is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the perseverance to follow issues through to successful resolution.
• Hands‑on experience in incident/problem management and change management processes.
• Ability to analyze system backend logs, perform data mapping, and categorize data for troubleshooting and business analysis.
• Experience in conducting functional testing and backend testing, ensuring complete traceability between business requirements and test cases.
• Proficient in SQL for data validation, analysis, and testing activities.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira for requirement, defect, and project tracking.
• Basic development knowledge in a Java environment is preferred.
