Job summary

Ambition is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager for Wealth Management platforms, delivering securities, brokerage, and investment product solutions. The role bridges business needs and technology, coordinating planning, analysis, and delivery across teams.

The ideal candidate combines business analysis with project leadership, a hands-on technical background in Java (Spring/Hibernate), and strong stakeholder communication to drive successful implementations in a regulated wealth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Business Analysis, or Project Management within Wealth Management environments.
• Strong knowledge of securities trading, brokerage operations, and investment products.
• Experience gathering requirements, BRDs, functional specs, and user stories.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning and governance.
• Hands-on Java development experience with Spring/Hibernate is highly preferred.

This is a Business Analyst / Project Manager, IT role within Wealth Management, focused on delivering and enhancing securities, brokerage, and investment product platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business analysis, project delivery, stakeholder management, and hands‑on technical capability, with the ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively.

Key Profile Sought:

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Business Analysis, or Project Management within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Brokerage, Securities, Capital Markets, or Banking environments.
• Strong understanding of securities trading, brokerage operations, investment products, funds, bonds, and structured products.
• Proven experience gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, preparing BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and managing UAT activities.
• Ability to lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and implementation.
• Hands‑on technical background with Java and related frameworks (Spring/Hibernate) is highly preferred, enabling effective collaboration with development teams and contribution to solution design.
• Strong communication skills with experience managing senior business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.
