Job summary

Helius Technologies is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our IT infrastructure and Oracle-focused initiatives. You will analyze business processes, model requirements, and support enterprise system integration while ensuring smooth tenant onboarding and high user satisfaction.

You will work on onboarding, monitoring tenant journeys, and driving process improvements, with emphasis on analytics, workshops, and change management to enable adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or cloud-related projects.
• Proficiency in business process modelling and analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Tenant Enquiry & Requirement Handling – manage and respond to tenant enquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Briefing & Onboarding – conduct onboarding briefings for tenants to ensure understanding of processes and services.
• Onboarding Monitoring & Handling – track onboarding progress and resolve issues for successful tenant integration.
• Tenant Journey Monitoring – monitor tenants’ experience and identify areas for improvement.
• User Satisfaction Survey Management – plan, execute, and analyse surveys for actionable insights.
• Tenant Feedback Monitoring & Handling – collect and address feedback promptly and implement improvements.
• Design reengineered processes to improve productivity, quality, and customer experience.
• Define and track performance metrics to measure impact of process changes.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change-management activities to support adoption.
