Job summary

ACUUTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Technical Project & Support Lead to oversee the integration of support, projects and sales administration, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong project management, technical briefing, and risk assessment across Microsoft 365, Azure, VDI/Citrix, and Cisco networking. You will manage project charters, SOWs, knowledge-base updates, and coordinate with Service Delivery/Client Services managers to maintain SLA

Qualifications

• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
• Provides input for scaling systems and risk assessments.
• Delivers technical briefings to internal and client teams.
• Creates project charters, scope statements and SOWs.
• Keeps knowledge articles current and accurate.
• Implements Microsoft 365 & Azure services and features.
• Supports VDI/Shared Desktop solutions (Microsoft/Citrix).
• Manages Cisco networking deployments and security products.
• Produces wireless surveys (Ekahau) for planning and validation.
• Leads projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Take escalation calls for 3rd line remote support and coordinate with vendors.
• Oversee on-time delivery within budget and SLA commitments.
• Maintain relationships with customers and third-party vendors.
• Advise on IT considerations while avoiding free consultancy pitfalls.
• Lead, deputise and mentor team members; drive professional resolutions.
• Monitor hosted environments and ensure proactive remediation.
• Oversee project planning, schedules and resource allocation.
