Job summary

Acuutech Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Technical Architect/Project and Support Administrator to drive project delivery, service governance and client liaison. The role ensures projects are planned, implemented, and tracked to meet time and budget targets while maintaining high service quality.

You will oversee escalations, coordinate with vendors, write SOWs, risk assessments, and documentation, and help scale systems across Microsoft 365/Azure, VDI, Cisco networks, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of IT service delivery and project management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 & Azure environments.
• Familiarity with network and security software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation and tracking of projects to meet time and budget targets.
• Provide input for risk assessments and CAB participation.
• Take escalation calls for third-line remote support and coordinate with vendors.
• Create SOWs, implementation plans and documentation for projects.
• Maintain knowledge articles and deliver technical briefings to teams.
