Job summary

TALENT SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Field Application and Technical Support Engineer in the West of Singapore to support semiconductor assembly processes.

You will collect data from equipment for lab analysis and propose improvements to assembly materials, while offering technical consultation on material applications in equipment processes. On-site support will cover product, process flow, equipment and process windows, with up to 50% APAC travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Material / Chemistry Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in die-attach assembly or SMT processes.
• Familiar with AOI or dispensing equipment.
• Junior process engineer with knowledge in die attach / SMT welcomed.
• Proficient with MS Office, Minitab or JMP, AutoCAD.
• Strong skills operating SMT machines and lab equipment; DOE, FA & CSAM.
• Willing to travel APAC region up to 50%.
