Unison Consulting is seeking an IT Recruiter to source, screen and place technology professionals for clients in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. You will collaborate with hiring managers and candidates across diverse languages and cultures to deliver a fast, fair and high-quality hiring experience.

Responsibilities include translating client needs into job requirements, proactive sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offers and onboarding, while maintaining ATS records and

Competenze

• IT/technical recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong English communication and ability to work with multilingual clients.
• Solid sourcing skills including Boolean search and using LinkedIn Recruiter, portals and ATS tools.

Mansioni

• Source candidates for IT roles across software, data, cloud, cybersecurity, SAP and infra.
• Screen and interview candidates by phone, video and in person.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle from shortlist to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM and report pipeline and placements.
• Build a talent pool and relationships with candidates and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and PDPA guidelines.
