NCS Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Singapore. This hands-on internship focuses on attracting top tech talent, learning the hiring process for tech roles, and gaining experience in IT recruitment.

You will be mentored by an Early Career Mentor and a Talent Acquisition Business Partner while you participate in sourcing, analytics, and events that showcase our brand to emerging talent.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's degree program (Technology, Business, HR or Data Science/Analytics).
• Strong passion for connecting people with opportunities and shaping meaningful career journeys.
• Excellent communication skills for presentations, campus events, and team collaboration.
• Analytical by nature; comfortable working with data and Excel; eager to explore innovative ideas.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & screening: engage top tech talent via LinkedIn, Seek, and databases.
• Talent analytics & reporting: design, develop and automate dashboards; track hiring performance metrics.
• Tech Talent Ambassador: represent NCS at career fairs, campus events, and networking functions.
• Talent Acquisition projects: support innovation pilots, process improvements and campaigns.
