Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Application Officer to manage end-to-end project workflows and support application development initiatives in Singapore. This role blends project coordination with hands-on technical work to drive technology-enabled solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant diploma or degree and basic to intermediate programming skills, plus a solid understanding of project management principles. This is an outsource role based in Central, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Basic to intermediate programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Understanding of project management principles, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are completed within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Apply basic to intermediate coding skills to support software development, maintenance, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical specifications, and process workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes through technology and process optimization.
• Continuously develop technical and project management skills to support evolving business needs.
