Job summary

Tardis Group Singapore is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive recruitment and executive search across Finance, Legal & Compliance and Technology sectors. The role requires at least three years of 360 recruitment experience in a search firm and a proven track record in meeting revenue targets and KPIs.

You will service local clients from our Singapore office, delivering end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to candidate management, and building strong relationships with both

• Background in Finance, Legal & Compliance or Technology recruiting.
• Solution sales and/or business development experience would be a plus.
• Ability to create rapport and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide full end-to-end recruitment services including attraction & sourcing strategies and candidate management.
• Deliver bulk recruitment projects.
• Attract and source suitable candidates using various mediums, including talent databases, LinkedIn and advanced internet searches.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Only selected candidates will be contacted.

We are currently looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant at our Singapore office to provide recruitment and executive search services to industries like Finance, Legal & Compliance and Technology.

• Background in either Finance, Legal & Compliance or Technology recruiting.

• An ability to create rapport and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients is essential to your success.
• Previous experience in successfully reaching revenue targets and KPI's.
