Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing.
• Experience with 270 or 360 recruiter capacity.
• Proven sales record and a sales-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Cheerful outlook and goal-oriented with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Expand the number of active customers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement.
• Source talent via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking.
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments for job and cultural fit.
• Build elite recruiter capabilities and personal branding where appropriate.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide consultative solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
• Manage key global accounts and ensure timely service delivery.
• Provide market insights and recruitment strategy feedback to clients.
