Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a Southeast Asia superapp initiative. You will bridge business and engineering teams, ensuring clear requirements, timelines and smooth program delivery across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics and QA.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage risks, drive milestones and communicate progress to stakeholders, positioning you to influence product strategy and ensure successful

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Program Management experience.
• Delivery experience across multiple timelines and workstreams.
• Background in tech, digital products, or engineering environments.
• Excellent communication and data awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program planning, execution, timelines and delivery.
• Define project milestones, track progress, and manage risks or blockers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, QA).
• Drive roadmap planning, prioritisation and alignment with stakeholders.
• Serve as the main communication point for complex programs spanning multiple teams.
• Ensure clear updates, visibility and alignment across management and partners.
• Analyse data and project metrics to support decision-making.
