Job summary

Atomionics seeks a Senior Technical Operations Associate to own the technical procurement, vendor relationships, and engineering inventory. You will automate workflows, optimize supplier selection, and support field deployments with credible market intelligence.

You'll work with engineers to translate requests into efficient sourcing strategies, identify better components and lead times, and help scale our operations across regional hubs in Singapore, Australia, and North America.

Qualifications

• Must have an engineering foundation to discuss procurement decisions with engineers.
• 4–7 years at engineering–procurement interface or supply chain.
• Hands-on experience with technical or industrial procurement.
• Desire to automate operational processes.
• Self-direction to identify what needs to be built.

Responsibilities

• Own technical procurement end-to-end for engineering components and lab equipment.
• Manage Approved Vendor List for technical and engineering suppliers and build vendor relationships.
• Track engineering inventory and maintain useful, queryable inventory systems.
• Identify and automate operational workflows to scale with the company.
• Provide a technical ops resource during deployments involving specialized equipment and compliance.
