Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in technical support, application support, or production operations (fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects may be considered)

Responsibilities

• Own assigned support tickets, including documentation and housekeeping, and execute the required work using command-line interface (CLI) tools and user-interface (UI) operations.
• Support the development team through knowledge sharing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and code research.
• Monitor system component performance and feed back to the development team to tune systems for scalability and resilience.
